Once you become a member of Barbershop Videos, you can add or remove content from almost any page on the wiki. Here's how:

• Adding a link: 

If you find a video on YouTube (or anywhere else on the internet) that should be included in the wiki, first copy the URL. You need to post the link to Barbershop Videos in two places:

1. The quartet/chorus page for the group featured in the video (if this doesn't exist yet, create a new page -- more on that later)
2. The song index page, according to the first letter in the song title

Find the two relevant Barbershop Videos pages. Then, add a row to the table in the appropriate place alphabetically, and insert the link and video details in that row. Try to follow the format that already exists on the page. 

• Deleting a link

If you click on a link and it leads to a video that has been taken down, delete the row in the table for that song, both in the quartet/chorus page and in the index "letter" page as well.

• Creating a new page

If you want to add a link to a video of a group that does not yet have its own page on Barbershop Videos, simply create a new page using the name of the quartet/chorus as the page title. Follow the same format as exists in other pages, but also remember to:

1. Place the new page in an appropriate folder (e.g. BHS quartets 1 (champions)). 
2. Tag the page (by clicking 'Edit tags') with "quartet" or "chorus", "champion" if applicable, and the district/region (e.g. SWD, Region 5, etc.).
3. List the new group in a quartet/chorus index (e.g. BHS chorus index), and add the details in, if you know them.
